Returns

• Accepted within 7 days of delivery (conditions may apply).
• Refunds:
• Prepaid Orders: Credited back to the original payment method.
• COD Orders: Issued as a STYLAVO Gift Card.
• Processing Time: 5-7 days after inspection.
• Defective/Wrong Items: Report within 24 hours of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items with free product offers cannot be returned.

Exchanges

• Allowed only for size-related issues, within 7 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Subject to stock availability; if unavailable, refund/store credit will be provided.
• Non-Exchangeable Items: Accessories, innerwear, and sale items.
• All purchases made using discount codes or offers are only eligible for exchange or replacement.
• Each order can be exchanged a maximum of 2 times.
• After the second exchange, the item cannot be exchanged, replaced, or returned again.
