Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as a STYLAVO Gift Card for future purchases.

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 days after the item is received and inspected at the STYLAVO Warehouse.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
- Report issues within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items with free product offers are not eligible for returns.
4. Reverse Shipment Fee
- A ₹100 fee may apply for excessive returns.
